How fast can you respond to a leak?
Same day for emergency tarping during storm events; 24-48 hours for standard repair appointments outside storm season. We answer the phone during business hours - no call center.
What areas of Los Angeles do you serve?
Based in Woodland Hills, we work across the entire San Fernando Valley, Calabasas, Pasadena, the Westside, and most of LA County within about a 25-30 mile radius of our office.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential tear-off and replacement projects run 3 to 7 working days. Large or complex tile roofs with multiple ridges, valleys, and skylights can take 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer fixed-price quotes?
Yes. Every roof proposal is itemized and committed - we absorb cost fluctuations once you sign. Change orders only happen if we discover deck rot or framing issues hidden under the existing roof, and we walk through any added scope before doing the work.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
