- Is the inspection and estimate really free?
- Yes. On-site roof inspection and a written, itemized proposal are free for residential projects within our standard service area. Insurance and pre-purchase certifications have a small documented fee that's credited back if you proceed with work.
- How fast will I get a proposal?
- Most residential proposals go out within 72 hours of the on-site inspection. Storm-week scheduling can stretch the response, and we'll tell you exactly what to expect at the end of the visit.
- What should I have ready before the call?
- Project type (replacement, repair, inspection), property address, current roof material if you know it, roof age, and a sentence on what's prompting the call. Recent leak photos are extremely helpful.
- Will the price change after we sign?
- Only if we discover hidden deck rot or structural issues during tear-off. Our proposals are fixed-price, not cost-plus - we absorb material cost fluctuations once you sign. Any added scope is walked through with you before the work happens.
- Do you serve my area?
- We're based in Woodland Hills and work a ~25-30 mile radius: the full San Fernando Valley, Calabasas, Pasadena, the Westside, and most of LA County. If you're outside that zone we'll still talk - just confirm with us first.
