How we handle inquiries, office visits, and response times.
When is the best time to call?
Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific. We answer directly during business hours - no call center, no phone tree.
Do you respond on weekends?
Storm-week emergencies, yes - we keep an after-hours tarp crew during the rainy season. Routine inquiries sent over the weekend are returned Monday morning.
Can I stop by the office?
Yes - we're on Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills and happy to host roof conversations in person. Call or email first so we can have the right person available.
What info should I include in my first email?
Project type (replacement, repair, inspection), property address, current roof material if you know it, and a sentence or two about what's prompting the call. Recent leak photos are extremely helpful.
How fast do you respond to new inquiries?
Within one business day. Most new inquiries get a same-day reply during business hours; storm weeks slow us down to next-day.
